1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tajir365 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the services provided through the tajir365 website and mobile app ("User", "Member", "you").

By browsing the tajir365 website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

2 Member Eligibility

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Fund Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the eligible withdrawable balance.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or equivalent to, the deposit method used.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, the tajir365 server records shall be considered final. Should any technical disruption occur during a game session, affected bets will be returned to the member's account balance.

• The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in games outside your jurisdiction is your own responsibility.

8 User Conduct

9 Account Closure

Tajir365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms.
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or false.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible account balance will be returned via the original payment method.

10 Liability Limits
